The Success Factors of Organizational Agility
In this article, the researchers study to review the literatures on the organizational agility. The researchers also provide the definitions of the organizational agility and various dimensions of the organizational agility from perspective of the researchers. The various dimensions of the organizational agility consisted of (1) sensing agility; (2) decision-making agility; and (3) responding agility. The researchers reviewed the literatures, concepts, theories, and relevant empirical researches. To collect the organizational agility components in the various dimensions and to synthesize the conceptual framework related to the organizational agility.
Findings collected the organizational agility components in 24 dimensions. The findings showed that the sensing dimension has the highest frequency, followed by the responding dimension. In addition, we found a positive correlation of 5 related factors includes the information technology capability, the innovativeness capability, the knowledge capability, the organizational performance and the competitiveness. In order to synthesize the conceptual framework related to the organizational agility. This is the concept of organizational management in situations of uncertainty and continuous change. This will benefit the business organization and apply it to the changing context. Also to serve as a guideline for the study of the organizational agility in academic.
