Abstract

                   Research study “Factors Affecting Administration of Burmese Workers in Samut Sakhon. Province” This research aims to (1) To study the factors affecting the management of Burmese migrant workers in Burma. (2) Study the motives of Thai entrepreneurs on the use of Burmese migrant workers. (3) Study the problems and obstacles. With the use of Burmese migrant workers by Thai entrepreneurs. Using qualitative research methodology

                  The research found that: The prosperity of the business sector, the factory industry and the fishing industry. It is the channel to migrant Burmese migrants to live in Samut Sakhon. And that means that Burmese migrant workers also provide opportunities for industrial enterprises and the fisheries sector hired Burmese migrant workers to work in Samut Sakhon. Two main reasons are “shortages of labor” and certain jobs. “Thai people do not do”
