Leadership in changes of Personnel Affiliated to TambonKunharn Municipality in Kunharn District, Sisaket Province

Abstract

                  This research aims to study and compare the level of leadership in changes of personnel affiliated to Tambon Kunharn Municipality in Kunharn  District, Sisaket Province.   The samples in the research were 96 civil servants.  The research instrument was the questionnaire. Statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.

The research findings were as follows:

  1. 1. The level of leadership in changes of personnel affiliated to Tambon Kunharn Municipality in Kunharn District, Sisaket Province was found to be overall at a high level.
  2. Civil servants who differing in gender, age, education level, position and married status not found to view the level of leadership in changes of personnel affiliated to Tambon Kunharn Municipality in all respect differently at a significant level. But civil servants who differing in working experience was found to view the level of leadership in changes of personnel affiliated to Tambon Kunharn Municipality differently at a .05 significant level.
