Abstract

                 This independent study the Logistics Activities Affecting the Performance of Warehouse Business Case Study: Meiko Trans(Thailand) Co,Ltd. purpose To study inventory management activities. The system consists of First-In First-Out (FIFO) , Lean System, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) And Warehouse Management activities. The system consists of  5S systems, Warehouse management system (WMS), ABC Analysis. Affecting the Performance of Warehouse Business Case Study: Meiko Trans (Thailand) Co,Ltd. In terms of cost time and reliability. The samples used in this study were employees and those involved in the warehouse Meiko Trans (Thailand) Co,Ltd. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. And inferential statistics, including percentage, mean, standard deviation and correlation analysis.

                 The study indicated that Of the 100 respondents, most were male. The average age of the respondents is 21-30 years. The duration of working at Meiko Trans (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is 1-5 years.

                  The results of the hypothesis test showed that Inventory Management and Warehouse Management Affects cost efficiency, time and reliability.
