Abstract
This article aims to explore the concept of work engagement in various dimensions, including its definition, significance, components, and its role in the contemporary, rapidly changing workplace. It also addresses sustainable approaches to maintaining work engagement, factors influencing engagement in modern work contexts, and the benefits of engagement to organizational performance. The study highlights that work engagement is a crucial factor contributing to organizational success. It plays an essential role in retaining high-quality employees and improving work efficiency. Multiple strategies have been identified that promote and support employee engagement. Therefore, this article proposes guidelines for enhancing work engagement and offers suggestions for future studies.
