Talent Managament of Thai Employees in Japanese Company At Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate Chonburi
Abstract
This research has the purpose of research. To study Talent Management of Thai Employees In Japanese Company .This study was a qualitative research study by means of in-depth interviews. A sample of 15 persons. Human Resources Department consists of Head of Structural and Personnel Development, Head of Personnel Development, Head of Personnel Management, Head of welfare, Head of Legal, Head of Information, Head of Administration In Japanese Company Amata Nakorn Chonburi was randomly selected for the study. Data analyses were performed by making conclusions based on a content analysis and a data comparison.
The results show that the sample can be categorized into Talent Management of Thai Employees In Japanese Company for 1) Sourcing recruiting from employees, internal or outside personnel the company or sourcing recruiting in social media. 2) Selection of tools come to consider the selection of employees .Testing tools that measure knowledge, measure skills or aptitude test tool for measuring brain. Personal test tool for measuring personality adaptation to society and from job interviews measuring ability in knowledge, intellectual thinking answering questions. 3)Training development/ Coaching/ Mentoring/ Job Enrichment/Job Enlargement/ Consulting. 4) Retention to remain on the rate of employment, compensation/ Career Path
