Self-efficacy, Empowerment and Joy at Work of National Health Security Office Personnel
Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) the level of self-efficacy, empowerment, and joy at work of National Health Security Office personnel, 2) the relationship between self-efficacy and joy at work of personnel, and 3) the relationship between empowerment and joy at work of personnel. The samples were 271 National Health Security Office personnel. The data were collected by questionnaires. The statistics were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlations coefficient. Statistical significant were set at .01 level. The research were as follows: 1) self-efficacy of personnel was at the highest level, empowerment and joy at work of personnel results were at the high level, 2) self-efficacy have positively related to joy at work of personnel with the statistical significance at .01 level, and 3) empowerment have positively related to joy at work of personnel with the statistical significance at .01 level.
