Abstract

This research begins with the research question of what the issue of mineral royalty allocation to local administration organizations from the perspective of the Ban Dong Subdistrict Administration Organization is, is there any department involved and how to solve the problem? Due to the many years, although the government has a policy of decentralization to local administration organizations, it is still found that many local government organizations have not been decentralized especially in the dimension of budget allocation because it is still not thorough. Some areas have important natural resources and can generate enormous income for the country, but the budget returned to the local or community is not sufficient and thorough.  It makes the development of the quality of life of people in areas such as income, health and environment not as good as it should be. Therefore, the objective of this research was to study the issue of mineral royalty allocation to local administration organizations from the perspective of Ban Dong Subdistrict Administration Organization in order to gain in-depth information and may lead to the discovery of a direct solution to the area studied by the researcher.
