The Establishment of e-Industrial Park: Halal Foods & Product Innovation in 3 Southern Border Provinces

Abstract

The objectives of the research: 1) To study the engagement of The Establishment of e-Industrial Park : Halal Foods & Product Innovation in 3 Southern Border Provinces. 2) To study the process of the economic security development promotion by using Halal products in the 3 southern border provinces, and; 3) To study the problems, obstructions and opportunities of the economic security cooperation and development promotion by using Halal products in the 3 southern border provinces. It is qualitative research based on online books, articles, researches, relevant news, and in-depth interviews.
The research result indicates that: 1) The engagement between the government sector, private sector and civil society consists of: a) The engagement plan, b) The engagement model selection, c) The execution, d) The engagement process, e) The share of benefits, and f) The engagement evaluation. 2) The economic security engagement begins with the process prior to the approval, operation stage, and post-operation stage, and; 3) The problems and obstructions in the cooperation between the government sector, private sector and civil society are: a) The economy and resource allocation, b) The politics and legal process, and c) The society and culture.In addition, it reveals a production development factor is found to be an opportunity of the cooperation to enable learning for effective production, sales and distributions of quality Halal products to the world market.
