Employee motivation of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand
Abstract
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the Employee Motivation Levels of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand and (2) to study factors related to Employee Motivation Levels of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand. The sample size was among the Asset Management Officers of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand, Headquarter, n = 225 officers. The questionnaires were given to the officers with the Reliability Coefficient at 0.980. The questionnaires were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science program or SPSS and explained in Descriptive Statistics for example Frequency, Mean, Standard Deviation and Pearson correlation.
The study results indicated that the Asset Management Officers of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand had a strong working motivation at = 4.22, S.D. = 0.518. Also, in the research found that the (1) Employee Motivation factors were achievement, advancement, recognition, responsibility and role had a statistically significance at .05 and, (r = 0.706, 0.246, 0.384, 0.480 and 0.450). (2) Hygiene factors were salary, human Relation, job security, working condition and company policy and administration had a statistically significance at .05 (r = 0.450, 0.193, 0.429, 0.313, and 0.455)
