The Impacts of Organizational Culture Towards Quality of Life and Job Efficiencies of Workers in Japanese Companies in Prachinburi Province

Abstract

    The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational culture toward quality of life and job efficiencies of workers in Japanese companies in Prachin Buri Province. The study is based on the survey research using questioners to collect the data from the target population In order to analyze the data, both descriptive statistic and inference statistics are applied in this study .This survey research consisted population 7companies of 377 workers in Japanese companies in Prachin Buri Province, Descriptive statistics Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.

     The result obtained from the descriptive statistic suggests that organizational culture, quality of life, and job efficiencies of workers in Japanese companies are thought to be highly significant. In term of inference statistics, difference in gender, educational level, status, working experience, and working department generate differences in quality of life at the significant level of 0.05 Whit respect to organizational culture, namely, female, male, power disparity, uncertainty avoidance, and individualism are positively related to quality of life in terms of job interest. In the same fashion, grouping affiliation is positively related to quality of life in terms of equality in working. As far as qualities of life in terms of job interest, participation in making decision, and equality in working are found out be positively related to job efficiencies at the significant level of 0.01.
