Creation and Validation of Inventories for Personal Selection According to Corporate Foundations of A Tire Produced Company

Abstract

    The research consisted of 3 purposes which were (1) to create inventories for people selection according to corporate foundations of a tire produced company (2) to check the validity of inventories for people selection according to corporate foundations of a tire produced company and (3) to study the trial test result of inventories for people selection according to corporate foundations of a tire produced company. The sample of this research can be divided into 2 groups. First group was 30 people who applied with a tire produced company for inventories’ validity check and second group was another 30 people who applied with a tire produced company for studying inventories’ trial test result. Research instruments were the inventories for people selection according to 5 parts of corporate foundations of a tire produced company divided to rating scale 4 parts and other one was situation with totally 103 items that passed content validity, discrimination and reliability.

     The research found that (1) the inventories according to foundations be divided into 5 parts which were 1) Making Trust with 45 items available in rating scale, 2) Lead Team to Success with 35 items available in rating scale, 3) Customer Focus with Creativity with 31 items available in rating scale, 4) Operation with Verified Planning Teamwork with 20 items available in rating scale and 5) Continuous Improvement with 8 items available in situation question. (2) Valid the inventories according to foundations that included content validity index was varied from 0.60 to 1.00, discrimination by item of inventories varied from 0.23 to 0.93 and Cronbach’s alpha reliability by each foundation of inventories varied from 0.54 to 0.94. (3) The result of the inventories trial test found that average score varies from 12.90 to 112.37, percentage of average score per max score varies from 77.53% to 85.13% and criteria of score translation every parts of inventories excepted part 1) Making Trust was high and part 1) Making Trust was very high.
