Abstract

                  This research studies the Healthy work of flight attendants a case study of low -cost airlines in Thailand. Aims 1) To determine the factors that cause negative health status of the flight attendants of low-cost airlines in Thailand. 2) to study the health of flight attendants in flight operations of low-cost airlines in Thailand and 3) to study the health of flight attendants of low-cost airlines in Thailand. The research will be sampling the flight attendants Thailand's low-cost airlines including Thai Airways, Air Asia. Nok Air Thai Airways and Lion Air 300. The instrument was a questionnaire Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) were analyzed by descriptive statistics were frequency and percentage Average (Mean) standard deviation (Standard Deviation: SD.) and inferential statistics including simple statistical correlation of  Pearson.

                   The results showed that 1) the factors that are causing negative health of flight attendants, the airline's low-cost Thailand as a whole. In conclusion lot Considering each side in order from the highest to lowest priority is the organization (Organizational Factors) arranged in the second criteria) health of flight attendants in flight operations as a whole. In conclusion lot of sense When considered individually, In order from the highest to lowest priority is a gaping classified under the most sense, and 3) individual factors that cause health of flight attendants. Relating to health of flight attendants in flight operations of low-cost airlines in Thailand is low. Refers to the factor that causes negative health of flight attendants dropped. Will contribute to the wellbeing of the flight attendants on the flight operations of low-cost airlines in Thailand better.
