The Effective Knowledge Management Model for Academic Administration of Basic Private Schools in Bangkok
Abstract
The objective of this research is for the development of the efficiency of knowledge management pattern that helping to develop the school educational section through the participated operative research. By the method of this research as following the group of principal data giver and those are all 37 school personals. The varied factors studied are the school educational administrative, the beneficial /or influential factors of knowledge management.
The tools of this research are the analytical conclusion documents form the interview form, the observation form, the questionnaire form, the exploration form, the follow-up form of operative educational. The collection of data starts from May of 18th 2015 to February of 10th 2016. The participation in operative research are the constructive running-plan, the fixed-line of conceptualization, the teacher developing process application.
The followed-up of the result from the teachers and students are ad it show.
Process aspect

- The student participates in learning activities increasing their skilling analytic thinking, conceptual thinking and creative thinking and able to work systematically from learning then haring products of study and presenting then well.
