Abstract

                  This research aimed to (1). Create a knowledge society to change the attitude of society to prisoners of drugs (after the penalty) that were hit by the stigma. (2) Find out how to remove the word "stigmatize drug addicts" (after the penalty). (3) To open the society to the attitude of accepting prisoners of narcotic drugs after the return to society. Use qualitative research methodology by document and field data collection. Both observations In-depth interview. The sample used in this research. Composed of academic groups Lawyers group Group directly related to drug addicts. For example, the Attorney General's Court, the Department of Corrections, the Public Health Department, is a doctor, nurse, psychiatrist, and community-based organization working in the field of narcotics at the national level in Thailand.

                  The resulted showed that: Drug is a matter of understanding. All parties must review and ponder on the basis of factual information. If not, let the society understand. We will amend the law, change the government. Everything else is going to be the same. The effect of harsh laws also results in more difficult access to drugs, the value of the drug was further increased. The removal of the paradigm of thought into the practical process of access to action in the realm of the procedural process of arrest must emphasize human rights. Non-disclosure Recorded in crime accounts as criminals. In line with the policy reform, the drug addicts are guilty of drug addiction.
