Factor Affecting the Organizational Commitment: A Case Study of Employees at Sport Authority of Thailand
Abstract
The objectives of this study were to study 1) to find out the level of organizational for employees at sport authority of Thailand. and 2) to the study the factors affecting organizational for employees at sport authority of Thailand. The model involved five variable: Corporate atmosphere, Satisfaction at work, Organizational commitment of personnel to goals and values, Commitment to the organization of dedicated personnel, Organizational commitment of the demand personnel to maintain membership in their organization.
The research is using Mixed Methods Approach: Qualitative and Quantitative Research Design by use Questionnaire and Indepth Interview. In addition, 200 participants, The statistics used in data analysis are divided into 2 types: descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and inferential statistic methods was t-test, one-way ANOVA (F-test) and Multiple Regression Analysis.
The result revealed that the differences of personal characteristics including gender, age, education and experience did not affected the organizational employees at sport authority of Thailand. In addition, Corporate atmosphere, Satisfaction at work, Organizational commitment of personnel to goals and values, Commitment to the organization of dedicated personnel, Organizational commitment of the demand personnel to maintain membership in their organization employees at sport authority of Thailand at the significant level of 0.05.
