Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of Thai Post Rangsit University Branch
Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the difference between the demographic factors that affect the satisfaction towards Thai post at Rangsit University branch and 2) to study the relationship between the service qualities that affect the satisfaction towards Thai post at Rangsit University branch. The sample group contained 384 persons selected by convenience sampling, who are professors, students, personnel in Rangsit University, and general people who use the services of Thai post at Rangsit University branch.
According to the questionnaire with 384 persons, most users are female, 278 persons, and male 106 persons. Most age range is 20-29 years old or 220 persons. Most of them graduated with bachelor degree or equivalent, for 255 persons. Furthermore, most of the users are students for 318 persons and 251 users earn monthly not over THB 10,000.
In addition, it was found that the difference of age, education, and occupation affect the satisfaction towards Thai post at Rangsit University branch. The 5 service qualities include service concrete, credibility, response, reliability, and attention relate to the satisfaction towards Thai post at Rangsit University branch.
