Motivation and Organizational Environment Factors infuencing the personnel work efficiency at provincial electricty authority in Ubon Ratchathani Province
Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study of motivation, organization climate, and work efficiency of provincial electricity authority’s personnel in Ubon Ratchathani province; and to 2) examine motivation, and organization climate influencing the work efficiency of provincial electricity authority’s personnel in Ubon Ratchathani province.There were 260 samples from staff and employees of provincial electricity authority’s personnel in Ubon Ratchathani province. The area sampling technique and questionnaire were used in this research. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis.
The research results were as follows : 1) the important levels of motivation, work efficiency, and organization climate factors were generally high with mean = 4.21, 4.20, and 4.18, respectively. 2) Multiple linear regression results which means that the correlation coefficient between 7 predictors strongly correlate with work efficiency of personnel. The coefficient of explanation of multiple regression model was R² = 0.60 which means the predictors can work efficiency of personnel approximately 60%. Factors influencing the work efficiency of personnel at statistics significant level including achievement of work, work content, acceptance of conflict at 0.01 significant level. and reward and punishment at 0.05 significant level respectively.
