The Corporate Identity Management of Rajabhat University in Thailand
Abstract
The objective of this research is for 1) Study identity management of Rajabhat University in Thailand 2) Develop the identity management model concept that suitable for Rajabhat University in Thailand
This research uses mixed methodology which is a combination of qualitative method and quantitative method. The sample group for this research is specialists, board of managements, lectures, officers and students. Interview and questionnaire are the tools for collecting data and analyze data by using Delphi technique and Descriptive statistics which are mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, skewed value, kurtosis value, and Correlation coefficient of variance. Researcher examined variance that related to the elements of model by using analyze influent of identity management model of Rajaphat University in Thailand.
The results show that the identity management of Rajabhat University consist of the University policy which determine university identity, Attribute of organization identity, and Activities which support identity. These three elements have effect and important to identity management in Rajabhat University.
