The Study of Satisfaction in Innovation Management That Supports Education of The Student Affairs Division Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University
Abstract
This research on the study of satisfaction in innovation management that supports education of the Student Affairs Division, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The purpose of this research was to study the innovative management that supports the education of the Student Affairs Division, Office of the President, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, consisting of a Bus Reservation System and Religious Practice System towards the satisfaction of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University's students (Central). The tools used for data collection were interview forms and questionnaires with 5 rating scales, which had an Index of Consistency (IOC) between .80 - 1.00. The sample group consisted of 200 monk students who used the Religious Practice Systems (Central) and 320 bachelor degree (Monk) students who used the bus reservation system (Central) (Normal region). The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean () and standard deviation (SD).
The results of the research showed that the opinions of religious students on the use of Religious Practice System of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (Central), in general, was at a high level and the students' opinions on the use of the Bus Reservation System of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (Central), in general, was at a high level. From this study, it is found that the attitude towards innovation that supports good education is to give freedom to personnel to make decisions about the individual's work and the flexibility of the structure of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University enable the personal to exchange knowledge and learn freely. The guideline to develop innovation that supports education is accepting mistakes or failures as a result of new innovation development and creating a working atmosphere that supports the innovation development that support the education of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University.
