From Editor to RJES Readers

Dear RJES Readers,
Warm greetings to all our readers. I am delighted to connect with you once again in the RJES Journal, Volume 13, Number 1 (January-June 2026). You may notice some changes in this issue: we are transitioning to a rolling publication model, where articles will be published as soon as they are ready. This approach aims to ensure that our authors can disseminate their research findings more promptly.
