The Enhancement of Thai Language Competencies in Accordance with Identity of Food Business Management and Modern Trade Business Management Study Fields of Generation Y Students in Panyapiwat Institute of Management

Abstract
The research is a research and development study with the following
purposes: (1) to develop lesson plans in the Thai language for Communication
Cause in accordance with the identity of Generation Y students in the Food
Business Management and Modern Trade Business Management Study Fields of
Punyapiwat Institute of Management focusing on work based education; (2) to
compare the average score of the speaking and writing skills before and after the
language training of students in food business management and modern trade
business management according to teaching plan focused on identity. 3) to
investigate the opinions of students in food business management and modern
trade business management
The results of the study found that 2 subjects were the post-learning and
pre-learning Thai language usage competencies scores are significantly different at
the .01 level with the post-learning competencies scores being significantly higher
than the pre-learning competencies scores and the students were satisfied with
the instruction and activity management based on the lesson plans developed
by the researcher.
