Abstract

The purposes of this research are to study and compare students’ satisfaction
towards the management of the instruction of the universities under the MoUs in the
People's Republic of China. The subjects were ninety-nine juniors majoring in Chinese
Language, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, in
the academic year 2017. Five aspects including curriculum, teachers, management of instructional activities, evaluation, and things for supporting learning were investigated. The
instrument was a set of questionnaire with a five-point rating scale. Data were analyzed to
discover percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis test was conducted
using t-test and One-way ANOVA. The findings of the study were as follows: 1) The overall of
satisfaction of students who were juniors of the Chinese program towards management of
the teaching and learning in the People’s Republic of China was found at the high level, and
when specific aspects were studied, the following aspects were respectively found at a high
level: teachers, curriculum, evaluation, management of instructional activities, and learning
support. 2) The overall students’ satisfaction towards instructional management in the
People’s Republic of China revealed a significant difference at .05. Considering each of the
aspect, teachers and management of instructional activities also displayed a significant
difference at .05.
