The purpose of this research study is to study students’ understandable knowledge of Infringement Violation or Constitutional. Protection for Freedom in accordance with Kingdom of Thailand’s Constitution B.E.2560, Section 213. Sample group is the students of Faculty of Law, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in the total of 200 students. Instruments in data collection are Questionnaire and Reliability of 0.72. Statistics used are Percentage, Average and Standard Deviation. The studied results found that, most respondents are males, ages between 18-20 year of age and are studying in the 3rd Year level. Thus, most respondents used to study Constitutional. Law and Civil and Commercial Code Violation and they do have experience in training about the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. Mostly, respondents have frequency in following up news of Constitution of Kingdom of Thailand by various channels and following up every month. Thus, most respondents following up news by social media Yet, most respondents used to study acknowledge news about Kingdom of Thailand’s Constitution B.E.2560 by social media. But most respondents used to study do not acknowledge news about Organic Act on Procedures of the Constitutional Court B.E.2561.
