THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR THE ACADEMIC SERVICE PROJECT DATA MANAGEMENT: SONGKHLA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The objective of this Research were to analysed, designed and developed Information systems for Manage Academic Service Data : Songkhla Rajabhat University. The developed system can helped users to reports operation as an indicator of Academic Service. ADDIE model has been implemented in this research. This model compose of five steps: Analysis, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluation. The software tools used in development phase were PHP, Bootstrap Framework and MySQL.

In evaluation phase, the developed system was evaluated with two evaluation using two questionnaires. The first time was evaluated by three experts on the efficiency of the developed system, and the second time was evaluated by ten users on the user’s satisfactory. The results showed that the efficiency had very good level (= 4.06), and the user’s satisfactory had also good level (=4.22). In conclusion, it can be used the developed system effectively for helping on Academic Service.
