Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of service quality of Academic Resource and Information Technology Center on satisfaction of students at Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok.. The population of this study was regular program students at four campuses of Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok. The sample was 387 students.The instrument was the questionnaire. Data were analyzed through percentage, mean, standard deviation and by SPSS.The results of this research found that overall the sample had highest level of satisfaction with service  quality of Academic Resource and Information Technology Center(= 4.68). When individual aspects were considered, three aspects with the highest mean scores included: Location and Facilities, Service Provider, and Library Resources, respectively.
