PUBLIC SATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY NONG CHIM SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, AMPHOE NOEN SANGA, CHAIYAPHUM PROVINCE

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the level of public satisfaction with the quality of  service provided by Nong Chim Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Amphoe Noen Sanga, Chaiyaphum Province and to compare the level of their satisfaction towards the quality of service by Nong Chim Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Amphoe Noen Sanga, Chaiyaphum Province and the demographic factors such as gender, age, educational level, and occupation. This was the quantitative research and collected the data by questionnaire from 100 people who were clients of Nong Chim Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Amphoe Noen Sanga, Chaiyaphum.

The results of the study found that the level of satisfaction towards the quality of service provided by Nong Chim Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Amphoe Noen Sanga, Chaiyaphum was the middle level. The most of people satisfied the equality aspect and followed by the honesty, conveniently, continuity in service also, the development of service. The result of the hypothesis test found that sex, age, education, income per month, average monthly service and type of service did not effect to the level of public satisfaction with the quality of  service provided by Nong Chim Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Amphoe Noen Sanga, Chaiyaphum Province.
