Conditions of damage and Guidelines for reducing budget for purchasing tableware equipment

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine condition of damaged appliances and reduce the expenditure for buying new appliances on the dining table in VIP restaurant to suffice a quantity of customers and for continuity of service.As well as purchasing budget control and using systematic problem solving to prevent an appliance from getting damaged by using concept and theory of “Kaizen”. This concept is to collect data by interview and answer questionnaires to analyze using fish bone diagram to search for factor that affecting damage to appliances.
