Abstract

This study is a study to solve the problem of failure to make financial transactions of merchants registered through GSB PAY MERCHANT. The objective is to know the factors and how to solve the problem. That has resulted in the shop not registering to conduct financial transactions through the QR code system with the GSB PAY MERCHANT application, The sample group consisted of 393 shop operators using questionnaires as a tool to collect data and analyze results with descriptive statistics by using the frequency, percentage average and standard deviation and qualitative data analysis from the interview. According to studies, it has been found that demographic research results most respondents is female as between 25 - 45 years old, Bachelor's degree education, Retail occupation with monthly income of 10,001 - 20,000 baht, can access the internet using a smartphone, Reasons to use payment via QR code because of the convenience of payment recognition / understanding in the GSB PAY MERCHANT application. The sample group has the most awareness about the payment process. In the opinion the sample group has the highest opinion that the GSB PAY MERCHANT application is interesting, easy to use in confidence the sample group is most convinced about the trial of the GSB PAY MERCHANT application until it is confident in the accuracy of the data. In risk the sample group is concerned about the safety measures, data retention, payment for goods in the GSB PAY MERCHANT application in reference the sample group has a level of opinion on the study of reference sources for using the GSB PAY MERCHANT application from reliable sources. Before deciding to use, respondents need resources or have a test first. According to the study, it was found that the recommendations and guidelines for solving problems were established by establishing the GSB PAY MERCHANT support group in the sector to collect actual usage data and system problems from customers in order to develop applications including providing knowledge and understanding to customers In order to build confidence and create a source of information that can be easily accessed including creating a project for experts to try to use the system to create resources for customers.
