This study aimed to study the feasibility of the Fit Preah Tomato Ketchup Business to assess the business feasibility. The study consists of situational analysis, marketing plan analysis, operation plan analysis, manpower plan analysis and financial plan analysis. Based on the analysis, it was found that the target audience were male or female aged 20-50 years; mostly in the business owner, company employee, government officer and freelance. The average monthly income between 15,000 - 20,000 baht; they have their lifestyle interested in taking care of health. A marketing mix is defined which includes product strategy, prices, distribution channels, marketing promotions and production planning. The payback period of the project equal to 2 years and 11 months, with a net present value (NPV) of 1,296,000 baht and a rate of return on investment (Internal Rate of Return; IRR) equal to 25%. This can be concluded that this project is feasible and suitable for investment.
