Feasibility Study of Boriboonsil Suksa Ju-Jutsu Gym

This study’s purpose is to study the feasibility of the Boriboonsil Suksa Ju-Jutsu Gym Business in order to assess the business feasibility. The study consists of situational analysis, marketing plan analysis, operation plan analysis, manpower plan analysis and financial plan analysis. Based on the above analysis, it was found that the target group which is students from Boriboonsli Suksa school between the ages of 4 to 18 whose family income is more than 15,000 baht. A marketing mix is defined which includes product strategy, prices, distribution channels, marketing promotions, service capacity planning, service volume and service procedures. The payback period of the project equal to 2 years and 9 months, with a net present value (NPV) of 474,5569.66 baht and a rate of return on investment (Internal Rate of Return; IRR) equal to 58%. This can be concluded that this project is feasible and suitable for investment.
