FACTORS AFFECTING THE ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT OF THE OPERATIONAL STAFFS TO SECTION CHIEF AT INOAC TOKAI THAILAND CO., LTD.

Abstract

This Independent study is objective for (1) to study demographic factors influencing organizational commitment of the operational staffs to section chief  at  Inoac Tokai Thailand Co.,Ltd.. (2) To study motivating factors influencing organizational commitment of the operational staffs to section chief  at  Inoac Tokai Thailand Co.,Ltd.. And  (3) to study hygiene factors influencing organizational commitment of the operational staffs to section chief  at  Inoac Tokai Thailand Co.,Ltd.. The sampling by convenience sampling with the questionnaire was used as a tool collect 300 employees. Descriptive statistics included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics included Independent Sample t-Test, One-way ANOVA (F-Test) and multiple regression analysis.

The results of testing hypothesis is found that:

1) Demographic factors, which were status and work experience had different affect to organizational commitment of the operational staffs to section chief  at  Inoac Tokai Thailand Co.,Ltd.

2) Motivating factors, which were the work description and recognition influencing organizational commitment of the operational staffs to section chief at Inoac Tokai Thailand Co.,Ltd.. It had statistical significance level of .05

3) Hygiene factors, which were salary, company policy and administration, relationship with supervisors, relationship with colleagues, career status and working condition influencing organizational commitment of the operational staffs to section chief  at  Inoac Tokai Thailand Co.,Ltd.. It had statistical significance level of .05
