Feasibility Study of Foreign Workers Importing Service Work Plus Company Limited.

Abstract

This study’s purpose is to study the feasibility of the Foreign Workers Importing Service Work Plus Company Litmited. in order to assess the business feasibility. The study consists of situational analysis, marketing plan analysis, operation plan analysis, plan analysis and manpower and financial plan analysis. Because at present, Thailand has developed the industrial sector therefore increasing the need for labor making it insufficient to meet the needs of the operator’s Foreign workers or migrant workers is an alternative that can be replaced. Most of the foreign workers working in Thailand come to work in agriculture, fishery, servants, laborers or at-risk occupations. Which these professions will find Thai workers to do quite difficult or they may be able to find but pay higher wages and more conditions of work. Entrepreneurs have to find foreign workers to replace in positions that Thai workers do not do, thus causing smuggling problems today. Or have fled to work a lot because of difficult rules, regulations or documentation. Based on the analysis, it was found that the target audience were Thai and foreign industrial entrepreneurs or other companies which located at Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate with the large businesses that demand for foreign workers more than fifty workers. A marketing mix is defined which includes product strategy, prices, distribution channels, marketing promotions and production planning. The payback period of the project equal to 2 years, with a net present value (NPV) of  3,617,449.16 baht and a rate of return on investment (Internal Rate of Return; IRR) equal to 44%. This can be concluded that this project is feasible and suitable for investment.
