Feasibility Study of Healthy Plus, Healthy Clean Restaurant

This study aimed to study the feasibility of the Healthy Plus, Healthy Clean Restaurant Business to assess the business feasibility. The study consists of situational analysis, marketing plan analysis, operation plan analysis, plan analysis and manpower and financial plan analysis. Based on the analysis, it was found that the target audience were aged between 19 to 28 years that living in Bangkok and want to building muscle, weight loss and dieting. A marketing mix is defined which includes product strategy, prices, distribution channels, marketing promotions and production planning. The payback period of the project equal to 1 years and 7 months, with a net present value (NPV) of 1,158,133 baht and a rate of return on investment (Internal Rate of Return; IRR) equal to 54%. This can be concluded that this project is feasible and suitable for investment.
