Feasibility Study of Susumi sushi

Abstract

This study aimed to study the feasibility of the Susumi sushi to assess the business feasibility. The study consists of situational analysis, marketing plan analysis, operation plan analysis, manpower plan analysis and financial plan analysis. Based on the analysis, it was found that the restaurants primary targets comprise of 18-22 years old working males/females with a monthly salary of 8001 - 13,000 baht and 23-27 years old working males/females with a monthly salary of 13,001-18,000 Primary targets live in Pathumtani and enjoy eating varieties of Japanese food at low costs. A marketing mix is defined which includes product strategy, prices, distribution channels, marketing promotions and production planning. The payback period of the project equal to 1 years, with a net present value (NPV) of 2,199,925 baht and a rate of return on investment (Internal Rate of Return; IRR) equal to 138%. This can be concluded that this project is feasible and suitable for investment.
