Guideline for increasing fee base income (FBI) of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Lue Amnat Branch

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the factors affecting the increase fee base income (FBI), to study ways to improve strategies to increase fee base income (FBI) of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Lue Amnat Branch. The sample group in this research was 385 bank customers, were selected by sampling using the questionnaire. The statistic used in the analysis is percentage, mean and standard deviation. The data analysis from the respondents 385 people, most of the customers aged 41-50 years, with 140 people, most of them are farmers. The customer wants to add express service channels to receive the service. And some customers want to cancel fire and life insurance as a result, increase fee base income to decrease. The solution to the problem is to increase the channels of service to customers. By providing advice on how to use the bank's applications for various financial transactions reduce waiting for service at the counter, and provide knowledge and understanding about the insurance that customers have made with the bank, motivating customers to realize the importance of insurance policies that customers have in order to maintain their existing customer base.
