Abstract

This education is the problem of loss of income from renew of relief fund deposit on Permrak 12/10 of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Yantakao Branch, Yantakao District, Trang Province. Due to the performance of the BAAC, the Yan Ta Khao branch in the past, it was found that there was still an effect on the renewal that did not meet the target and there were more and more deficient customers every year. It is therefore the origin of this study. The objective of the study is 1) to find the reasons related to the lack of effect of the policy. BAAC, Yan Ta Khao Branch 2) to find solutions for customers to renew their policy and reduce the loss of income from the ineffective life allowance deposit. Data were collected by using questionnaires from 764 customers by using questionnaires from 263 customers. The results of the study showed that most of the customers are rubber plantation occupation (60.83%), primary education or less (68.44%), land holding area not more than 10 rai (50.19%). Monthly 15,001 - 20,000 baht (45.25 percent) Average household expenses per month 15,001 - 20,000 baht (50.19%) Most of them have no savings (88.21 percent) The main reason for remittance to the life insurance policy is not It was found that most of them had insufficient income to meet their expenses (56.27%). They faced the problem of falling prices of products. and the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, causing insufficient income to pay insurance premiums, From the above problem BAAC, Yan Ta Khao Branch Therefore, there is a process to follow up with every customer to renew the policy with the ability to pay premiums continuously in order to prevent the loss of benefits for both customers and the bank.
