Abstract

         This research are study the relationship between factors affecting employee engagement of IBM Solution Delivery Co., Ltd. The samples participated in this research included 200 employees. The statistical analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The purpose of this research are study about the relationship between factors affecting employee engagement and engagement in the organization, to study the level of opinions on engagement, to study the engagement and the level of opinion toward the engagement factors and study the engagement and level of feedback in the organization. The results showed 1) Employees of IBM Solutions Co., Ltd. had a high level of satisfaction with the organization. 2) Overall organizational commitment was at a high level. 3) The relationship between satisfaction and engagement with the organization are positive relationship.
