Abstract

This independent study was conducted by ABC Logistics. The company found that they had problems with its location, operating area and loss from the overtime charges about 262,500 baht per year. work Therefore, this study aims to maximize efficiency in cargo handling, maximize storage space, and minimize damage to cargo from operations to meet customer needs. Also, look for the possibility to expand or relocate the location to the right place. By analyzing the causes and solutions to problems using the Systematic Lay-Out Planning theory to help improve warehouse space, adjust the new truck schedule. To reduce the amount of overtime and use the Analysis Hierarchy Process to help make decisions on location and customer relationship management strategies to increase customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. The results of the study show that the cost of overtime can be reduced by about 72,000 Baht per year. The storage space has increased by 90 square meters and the workplace is more proportionate. It can take advantage of the maximum area and the analysis of the location is found. The current location has the highest score so there is no need to move to a new location.
