FACTORS OF PROCURMENTS AFFECTING EFFICIENCY OF CORPORATE OF KPN GREEN ENERGY SOLUTION CO., LTD.

Abstract

The purposes of the study were to study (1) Demographic factors influencing effectiveness in corporate and (2) Procurement factors influencing effectiveness in corporate of KPN Green Energy Solution company limited. The samples were 122 procurement personnel who came from the sampled organizations then 94 completed sets were selected for this study. The instrument used was a checklist questionnaire and the data were analyzed using t-test, One Way ANOVA and correlation coefficient.

The results of the study showed that most personnel of KPN Green Energy Solution Company Limited are female (78.7%), age 26-35 years old (79.8%), graduated with bachelor’s degree (87.2%), earning less than or equal to THB 20,000 per month (51.5%) and 1-2 years working(75.7%).

The employee place an importance of the procurement factors were at medium level and when considering each item, gives a sorted list as follows: (1) Right Cost, (2) Right Customer, (3) Right Product, (4) Right Condition, (5) Right Place, (6) Right Quantity and (7) Right Time.

The relationship between procurement factors and the efficiency of corporate of KPN Green Energy Solutions Co., Ltd. have a positive relationship.
