Abstract

This research has purpose to study the internal supervision issue in schools under Nakhon Sawan department of local administrative organization. By studying the school internal supervision issue in the school by collecting the questionnaire and group conversation record with population, they are 9 school directors and 196 teachers totals amount 205 people. The research tools used to collect data such as five rating scale questionnaire had reliability value of .959, The analyzed data were calculated by basic statistics were percentage, mean and standard deviation, then presentation of school internal supervision guidelines in school for 4 fields consist of 1) Curriculum and using curriculum 2) Learning management 3) The media, innovation and learning resources 4) Monitoring and supervision assessment by synthesizing opinions, evaluating from experts approaches data were analyzed by content analyzing technique.

  1. Problem of School Internal Supervision under Nakhon Sawan Department of Local Administrative Organization, the overall level was high. Specifically learning management had the most problematic second was Academic and using academics then monitoring and supervision while the media, innovation and learning resources had the slightest problematic.
  2. Guidelines for School Internal Supervision under Nakhon Sawan Department of Local Administrative Organization were 1) Organizing trainings for enhance knowledge and understanding about the process of learning. 2) Support teachers to participate brain storming for making STEM Education plan. 3) Provide seminars for using media, innovation and learning resources in school Suitable for school context. 4) Supervision following-up and evaluating continuously.
