Abstract

The objective of this research were to study of the developmental states and to construct some guidelines

on the competence development of special education teacher in special Education School Group 5 of The Bureau of Special Education Office of the Basic Education Commission. The sample group was 121 school administrators and teacher in Special Education School Group 5 of The Bureau of Special Education Office of the Basic Education Commission.

The rating scale questionnaire was applied to college one essential data the statistical estimation need for data analysis was comprised of percentage, mean and standard deviation The finding revealed that the need for competency development of special education in Special Education School Group 5 of The Bureau of Special Education Office of the Basic Education Commission. At the high level competency development increased the features of Considering separate categories, it was found out that was at the high level which were the teacher’s Ethics and Integrity. Working Achievement motivation, Self development and Service mind, respectively. The feature of Functional competency, it was fund out that was at the high level which were the classroom management student Development, Curriculum and Learning

 The Development Competencies in special education teacher in special Education School Group 5 under The Bureau of Special Education Office of the Basic Education Commission. 1. The inserting of the morality and ethic in the classroom and participation between teachers. 2. The inserting of the democracy and proud to be Thai for student in the classroom. And 3 care and support students thoroughly and timely.
