A GUIDELINES FOR ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOL IN CHAINAT PROVINCE OF THE SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 5
Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to examine the Academic Administration issues of schools in Chainat province of the Secondary Education Service Area Office5 and 2) to find out the guidelines for Academic Administration of schools in Chainat province of the Secondary Education Service Area Office5. The sample group consisted of 242 school administrators and teachers from 13 schools in Chainat province of the Secondary Education Service Area Office 5. The instrument used for data collection was a five rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and focus group discussion to find out the guidelines for Academic Administration of schools in Chainat province of the Secondary Education Service Area Office5.
The research study revealed as follows;
- The Academic Administration issues of schools in Chainat province of the Secondary Education Service Area Office5 in totally were at moderate level and the first three of the highest issues were 1)The research for Education Development aspect 2)The Educational Supervision aspect 3)The Development Innovative Material and Technology of Education aspect
- The guidelines of schools in Chainat Province of the Secondary Education Service Area Office5 totally were at high level as follows ; 1)The research for Education Development aspect were ; the school support teachers to attend the seminars, study, analyze and research for developing the Academic works in schools. Encourage teachers to create the academic works or research and also get some connections to performance the works in order to exchange the experiences. 2)The Educational Supervision aspect were ; analyze and develop a systematic supervision processes, encourage teachers to exchange the experience, create a connection of Educational Supervision. 3)The Development Innovative Material and Technology of Education aspect were ; the schools allocate the budget in accordance with each school context to establish the school material center or academic center with the systematic service, distribution the material , create the connection of Innovative Material and Technology of Education.
