Abstract

This research aims to study the problem and find solutions for the academic administration  in small schools of A.Banrai Uthaithani Education Service Area Office 2.The research was divided into 2 stages.1) To study the problems of academic administration  in small schools of  A.Banrai Uthaithani Education Service Area Office 2. The sample in this study include school administrators, teachers and Basic School Board, a total of 210 people. The research instrument was a 5-level questionnaire with a reliability of 0.97.The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. 2) Find the guidelines for academic administration of small schools in A.Banrai district under the office of Uthaithani Primary Education Area 2 by synthesis. Expert advice from experts Data analysis using content synthesis techniques.

 The research found that Problems of Academic Administration of small schools of  A.Banrai Uthaithani Education Service Area Office 2. The overall level of education was at a moderate level (= 2.72). Considering that it was found. The side with the most problems the management of research to improve education quality  (= 3.06). The second is the management activities of instruction (= 3.04) and with minimal problems is the management system of quality assurance in education
