INDOOR STADIUM MANAGEMENT EFFECTIVENESS: A CASE STUDY OF CHIANGMAI 700TH ANNIVERSARY STADIUM AND CHIANGMAI MUNICIPALITY STADIUM

Abstract

This study aims to 1. To study the result of management’s effectiveness of indoor gymnasium: Case study of Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium and Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium. 2. To study the factor that affects to Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium and Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium. And 3. To find a guidance to develop management’s effectiveness of indoor gymnasium in Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium and Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium. By collecting an information from the management team of Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium and Chiang Mai Municipal Stadium, which directly work with indoor Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium and Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium and users in these areas and by giving them a 100 questionnaire form. Our questionnaire found that: 1. the result of management’s effectiveness of indoor gymnasium: Case study of Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium and Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium are in the level of “Very good” and Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium resource management is in the level of “Good” In the part of performance management of Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium and Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium are in the level of “Good” and the satisfaction of users are in the level “Good” in both Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium and Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium.
