Abstract

Research The relationship between job Motivative and organizational commitment affecting the resignation of the employees of Panjapol Paper Industry Co., Ltd. in paper manufacturing industry in Ayutthaya province. The purpose of this research was to 1) study the relationship of personal factors of employees of Panjapol Industry Co., Ltd. by personal factors such as sex, age, status, education level, job position, salary and working age. 2) To study the relationship between job motivative of employees and their resignation. 3) Employees organizational commitment to resignation by study affecting the resignation. A sample of 286 employees of Panjapol Paper Industry Co., Ltd. in the paper manufacturing industry in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province were selected. The questionnaire was divided into 3 parts. Job Motivative Questionnaire and the organizational commitment questionnaire. The data were then analyzed by means of a descriptive program for social science research using descriptive statistics. And regression analysis.

The research found that 1) Employees with gender, age, status, education level, job title, salary and working age had different demands for resignation. 2) Job motivative and relationships with organizational commitment have a significant impact on the need for resignation.
