Abstract

The objective of this independent study were (1) to study work motivation of the employees of High Quality Garment Co., Ltd. (2) to study work efficiency of the employees of High Quality Gament Co., Ltd. (3) to study the relationship between work motivation and work efficiency of the employee of High Quality Garment Co., Ltd. The questionnaires were used as a tool to collect 210 data samples. The statistic used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson’s Product Moment Coefficient of Correlation and Multiple regression analysis with a statistical significance level of 0.05

The result revealed that personal factor of employees such as age, education, status and salary were significant difference with a statistical significance level of 0.05 When considered in that part of the relationship between motivation and work performance. It found that the motivation to work for the success of the work and the working conditions. Affect the performance of quality is statistically significant at the 0.05 level, motivation, work, success of work and compensation. Affect on performance in terms of quantity statistically significant at the 0.05 level of motivation in respect and relations between individuals. Affect the performance of the time statistically significant at the 0.05 level and motivation in the respect and the nature of the job. Affect the performance cost is significant at the 0.05 level of statistical.
