STUDY AND ANALYZE THE FEASIBILITY OF CLOUD PROVIDER ERP SOFTWARE

Abstract

The main aim of this research is 1) to study the feasibility of developing cloud ERP software for SMEs. 2) to provide a business plan for cloud services provider ERP.

The sample is a small business organization or more in Thailand for 20 organizations by use structured interviewing tools to collect data and analyze the demand for Enterprise Resource Planning and show the result in mean and analyze financial ability.

The research found that the interviewees were classified into 13 legal entity, 7 Entrepreneur. The Demand of Enterprise Resource Planning system was found that most of the samples were interested to using the enterprise resource planning system 18 organizations accounting for 90 percent. The promotion factor, the sample was interested to using the Enterprise Resource Planning system 13 organizations by hire purchase accounting for 65 percent. The reliability of supplier, from the result found the reputation of the supplier of enterprise resource planning systems did not affect the decision making 12 organizations, accounting for 60 percent. Distribution channel the results found the samples used the Internet and acquaintances to access the Enterprise Resource Planning system 7 organizations representing accounting for 35 percent. The demand of Enterprise Resource Planning system 5 organizations sample needs the accounting system, accounting for 29 percent. The demand of warehouse systems and enterprise resource planning systems are 3 organization’s needs. Financial feasibility and investment decision of the project in year1 to year3 show that the project has a net present value at 1,704,931 baht and the internal rate of return (IRR) is 109.15 percent, the payback period is 1 year and 4 months. Based on that information, this project is very suitable for investment. Because the investment criteria are 3 types.
