ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AFFECTING WORK EFFICIENCY OF STAFF WORKING AT KHAOYAI NATIONAL PARK

Abstract

This independence study (IS) on the relationship between organization engagement and work efficiencies of staff working at Khaoyai National park had 3 significant objectives which are 1) to investigate the level of organizational engagement of staff in Khaoyai National park, 2) to determine the work efficiencies of staff in Khaoyai National park, 3) to study the linkage between demographic factors and work efficiencies of staff in Khaoyai National park, and 4) to scrutinize the relationship between organizational engagement and work efficiencies of staff in Khaoyai National park. Using a questionnaires to collect data from 215 sample size for this quantitative research

The research findings indicated that the staff working in Khaoyai National park are mostly male, having age range from 31-40 years, holding degree below bachelor, working as hired employees, and earning less than 10,000 THB per month. It also showed the high level of engagement in staff agreement level by which harmoniousness is the highest in average score, then royalty, and participation, respectively. Whilst, the result of agreement level on work efficiencies performed at high rate by which work quantity showed the highest, and work timing, work quality, and worthiness of spending, respectively. Furthermore, the relation outcomes resulted that work position had significantly different in work quality by which staff with higher rank or responsibilities performed better in work quality than lower rank or less responsibilities. Yet, all types of organizational engagement showed positive significant with work efficiencies at 0.01 level.
