FACTORS AFFECTING NON-PERFORMING LOANS (NPL) OF BUSINESS LOANS WITH GOVERNMENT SAVINGS BANK IN UDON THANI 1

Abstract

This research aims to study Factors Causing the Non-Performing Loans on Business loans of Government Savings Bank in Udon thani1. This research was designed to use method of  Multiple Regression Analysis to address the relationship between variable. Moreover, this research draws upon the secondary data which is quarterly time series data. The data was collected for 40 observation data sine the first quarter in 2007 to the fourth quarter in 2016.

With hypothesis Gross domestic product , Policy rate , Unemployment rate , Inflation and Interest rate are impact on Non-Performing Loans on Business loans of Government Savings Bank in Udon thani 1.  According to studies, it has been found that Factors Affecting Non-Performing Loans (NPL) of Business Loans with Government Savings Bank in Udon Thani 1 Significance at 95% confidence level is Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Inflation (INF), and Unemployment Rate in Udon Thani
